Nigel Atangana has left Havant & Waterlooville Football Club and signed for League Two side Portsmouth FC. The popular French midfield star earned his opportunity as a full-time professional player with a string of impressive performances for the Hawks last season. This lead to him winning the Managers, Players and Supporters player of the season at the end of the campaign.
Everyone at the Club would like to wish Nigel all the best in what is sure to be the start of a long and successful career in the professional game. Nigel has asked the club to display the following Email.
I would like to thank all Havant and Waterlooville fans and everyone involved with the club for their support during my time there and also thanks to Lee Bradbury and “Galey” (Shaun) for giving me the Opportunity.
I would also like to thank all my teammates for this wonderful season and all the staff. I hope this year will be better for Havant & Waterlooville FC and they get promoted.
