The Hawks have completed the loan signing of young defender Manny Adebowale from league two side Crawley Town FC.

Abebowale came through the ranks at West Ham United before joining then-League One side Sheffield United on a two-year deal in the summer of 2013.

After being released by the Premier League side, Adebowale had spells with Hayes & Yeading United and Bishops Stortford. Manny joined Dover in the summer of 2017 before joining old hawks boss Lee Bradbury at Eastbourne Borough in 2019 .

Manny said: “Very excited to join the Hawks and get out there, I want to hit the ground running. It’s a much more experienced squad than we have at Crawley, and they’ve got a really good bond here. They’ve all made me feel welcome, so I’m really looking forward to it.”
Paul Doswell said: ” He’s a young but focused centre-back who has experience playing at a higher level in the EFL and its great to have him onboard.”
