HAWKS manager Lee Bradbury looks forward to this Saturday's home clash against AFC Sudbury;
'We have a couple of players struggling for fitness at the moment, Dan Strugnell and Alfie Rutherford, good news is that James Hayter has recovered from his recent illness, so we have a good squad to choose from. It's a big game for us on Saturday, we are on a good run at the moment and confidence is high, the key is not to be too confident, Sudbury have not had a good run on road recently which makes the first goal this weekend bigger than usual, if we can score first it will give us a lift and it could hurt them badly. We have to start the game well with plenty of energy as we have been of late, we have had a good rest this week not training until last night (Thursday), so the lads are well rested and ready for the challenge.
I asked Lee about our position in the league after some midweek games enhanced our position, and how difficult it is to keep the players from getting over confident;
'That's my job, we have to focus on every game, on every 90 minutes, it's up to me and the senior players in the team to them focused and working hard and don't get to far ahead of themselves, we have a real opportunity now to kick on and we have to grab it'.
