Hawks duo Joe Cook and Jake Flannigan have joined Bognor Regis Town on loan.

Cook has already had a successful loan spell at the Rocks this season before being recalled before Christmas when injuries hit into the backline. On his return he put in two solid displays against Weymouth and Hungerford Town away from home over the festive period.

Still only 20 and on the bench for the last few fixtures, regular minutes are necessary for Cook to help aid his development with his experiences at Bognor earlier in the campaign being a help to his progression.

Whilst for Flannigan, the 23-year-old will also join Cook at Nyewood Lane with the opportunity of getting regular game time at the Rocks.

He joined the Hawks in the summer as a free agent after leaving Southampton, but has since failed to get regular first team minutes.

Having had a previous spell on loan at Hampton and Richmond earlier on this season, we hope this loan will give Jake the tools to break into the first team on a regular basis.

Both players during their time at Bognor will be monitored closely and everyone involved with the Hawks with the pair the very best at Nyewood Lane.
