Havant & Waterlooville will make the trip to Champion Hill to face Dulwich Hamlet on Tuesday in the National League South.

The Hawks will look to put the weekends disappointing defeat to league leaders Wealdstone behind them, as the continue their push for promotion.

Paul Doswell’s men took the lead twice in the game with goals from Dean Beckwith and Danny Kedwell but it was not enough as Wealdstone found their goalscoring touch in the second half.

The defeat meant that The Hawks dropped down the table in fourth spot, now 11 points off the top but with three games in hand over the leaders.

Tuesday’s opponents find themselves in the bottom half on the table in 15th but seem to have found their form in recent weeks after going unbeaten in their last four league outings.

The two sides have already clashed this season with The Hawks failing to win.

The Hamlet narrowly won the FA Cup fixture 2-1 to send them into the first round proper, in what was a bitterly disappointing defeat for The Hawks on home turf.

Gavin Rose will be hoping of more of the same from his side but will be aware of the quality The Hawks possess all over the pitch.

The hosts managed to snatch a draw on the weekend when they faced-off against Chippenham Town in the league.

A 90th minute Shamir Mullings goal was enough to cancel out Callum Gunner’s second half goal the points were shared.

The Hawks will be eager to make amends on Tuesday and get a much needed victory which could propel the club up the league.
