Baggie joins the Hawks after being released by National League outfit Eastleigh earlier this month. He scored one goal in 20 appearances for the Spitfires during an injury hit season.

The 29-year-old came through the Reading academy, and featured for England at U16 and U17 level respectively. Following his departure from the Royals in 2011, Baggie has gone on to represent a range of clubs including Eastleigh, Tranmere Rovers and Weymouth, where he helped gain promotion from the National League South last year, via the play-offs.

Whilst playing League One football for Tranmere back in 2013, Bell-Baggie was called up to represent the Sierra Leone national team at senior level.

Following his arrival, Baggie said; “I’m really excited! Promotion is the reason I came here, and I’m really looking forward to being a part of the attacking line, scoring goals and getting the fans jumping for joy!”

Manager Paul Doswell said; “Baggie frightened me to death when I saw him against us when he was at Weymouth. 10 goals and 11 assists with Weymouth that year, he’s one of the quickest I’ve seen, and we’ve got him!”

Everyone at the Hawks are delighted to welcome Baggie to the team ahead of the upcoming 2021/2022 National League South season.
