Havant and Waterlooville’s academy side take on Hamble Club Youth Under 18 colts in the second round of the Hampshire Midweek Floodlit Cup on Thursday January 9.

The game will take place at Hamble Club FC on the other side of the new year at the main arena in Hamble-le-rice.

The young Hawks made the final of this competition two years ago where they came undone by Salisbury 4-1.

Following decent seasons for both academy sides, progression in the Midweek Cup would be a massive bonus.

Having been knocked out the FA Youth Cup, this is deemed by many as the second biggest competition for academy players in the local area.

Any support for the game would be welcomed.
