Havant and Waterlooville FC director Trevor Brock and club President John Carter have been recognised with lifelong service awards by the Hampshire FA at a recent awards ceremony.
With over 100 years of combined voluntary service to football in Hampshire, the pair received a Certificate of Commendation from the Football Association in appreciation of continuing valuable services to the game of football in the County of Hampshire.

Carter, right, receives his award by the President of the Hampshire Football Association.

It is rare that two members of one club receive such an award at the same time. It is a restricted award to those who have given a minimum of 35 years service, although both Trevor and John have done more than 50 years of service, some of which isn’t covered by this award.
Huge congratulations to both on their superb service to the game which continues season in and out.
