Watford Under 23’s goalkeeper Adam Parkes has joined the club on loan until the end of the season.

Parkes, a regular for the Hornets youth side as well as travelling with the first team to matches, will provide competition with Ross Worner for that coveted number 1 shirt at the Hawks.

The 20-year-old is highly regarded amongst Watford ranks and is seen as a hot prospect for the future.

Having joined the Premier League outfit in January last year, Parkes has also enjoyed international recognition having represented England at Under 17 level.
