We are delighted to announce that Leisure Leagues, ‘The World’s Leading  Provider Of Small Sided Football’, have already booked our Sunday and Monday evening slots from 7-10pm when our new 3G pitch opens on October 5.

Greg Allen from Leisure Leagues was delighted to secure the booking and said, ‘as soon as we saw the announcement yesterday from the Club we were determined to get our 5/6-a-side League onto the Clubs booking calendar.

“We are a nationwide professional organisation who run a not-for-profit League to ensure that grassroots footballers, community and all ages and abilities get the chance to play in a safe, friendly environment. For this to be at the main stadium on a state of the art 3G pitch was a fantastic opportunity. We already run many leagues nearby in Southampton, Bognor, and Worthing, so Havant was the next logical site for us to venture into, and we’re really excited to be partnering with the Club”.

Stuart Munro, CEO at Havant and Waterlooville FC was equally pleased to see Leisure Leagues come on board. “This totally fits our criteria where a professional company such as Leisure Leagues can offer competitive league 5/6-a-side football to our local community and beyond. We’ve had an amazing response to our announcement yesterday and as everyone can see we are open for bookings and ready to go from the 5th October”.

“We have slots on an hourly basis, every weekday evening from 5pm-10pm and Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 10.30pm should senior teams wish to train for 90 minutes in preparation for their weekend games. We’d like to welcome all our local youth teams from the area to have the opportunity to play at the Stadium, especially the younger age groups from 7-16 years old boys and girls. We will also be offering a ‘Walking Football’ alternative for those over 50, and already have a huge uptake for this. It really is very exciting”. 

The Club will announce very shortly how you can sign up to Leisure Leagues, to become a league footballer in due course.
