1. SECURITY MESSAGE
1.1 Please be aware that the Havant & Waterlooville FC will continue to implement their periodic searching procedures at the turnstiles this season to ensure the safety and security of all fans. As such, we would respectfully ask that supporters arrive in good time ahead of kick off to guarantee that there is little or no delay in entering the stadium. We would like to inform you that bags will often be checked when entering the ground and bringing large bags into the Stadium is not advisable. Thank you for your continuous co-operation.
1.2 The Club would like to reiterate its safety policy and ask for the fans to co-operate with the Stewards on match days. We intend to make your match day experience as safe as possible, but we cannot do this without your support. Therefore, we would ask you to consider the other fans during the match.
1.3 We are aware that football can be a passionate and emotive game but if you can keep your cool it will be good for everyone whilst working with instructions and requests from stewards. We can look forward to another safe Season.
1.4 Your support of the team has been invaluable over recent years and therefore, the Club is unhappy at having to eject and ban fans for unnecessary offences, but we will continue to do so if the situation presents itself again this Season. Ejection from the Stadium carries a minimum three match ban, with no refund on Season Tickets.
1.5 The Club is monitored on a regular basis by the Local Authority, who issue the Safety Certificate, and the Football Licensing Authority and whilst they are happy with the way we deal with a number of issues, they are continually looking at the improving stadium safety It has been noticeable that some Clubs have had their capacities reduced and this is not something we wish to see at Havant & Waterlooville FC. Please help us to work with the Authorities for the benefit of everyone.
1.6 Please listen to what the Stewards say allowing everyone to enjoy the match in the unique atmosphere here created by Hawks fans.
1.7 Foul, abusive and racist language will not be tolerated in this Stadium, but should you experience any of these and wish to report it, you can do so by contacting a steward. For our staff, it is better to monitor the problem as it is happening.
1.8 Help us to make Havant & Waterlooville FC a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
2. HAVANT & WATERLOOVILLE FC - Against Discrimination
2.1 We do not tolerate discrimination of any sort at the Club, on the pitch or in the stands. If you experience any form of discrimination, help us to eliminate it from football by reporting it.
