Havant and Waterlooville FC can announce this evening that midfielder Marley Ridge has joined Gosport Borough on a two month loan spell.

Ridge, 21, will join the Boro, who are managed by former Hawks player and coach Lee Molyneuax, to get game time into his legs. 

The loan will see the young midfielder at Privett Park until the end of September, with manager Paul Doswell keeping a close eye on his progress at the Southern League Premier outfit. 

Ridge will train at the Hawks during the week, with the objective of this loan move to get games under his belt, to hopefully score goals and to come back to Westleigh Park a better player.
