Havant and Waterlooville FC can confirm the departure of defender Moussa Diarra, rejoining former Club Woking.

Diarra joined us in the summer, and has played a pivotal role in the Hawks reaching the FA Cup Second round, and making it to the latter stages of the FA Trophy alongside a strong start to the league campaign. 

Manager Paul Doswell commented, “It’s been a difficult season for Moussa as far as him not being able to go and see his family, alongside an injury picked up in pre-season which saw him out for four to six weeks.

“I wish Moussa well, not every move works out, and I know the Woking fans and Alan Dowson love him, so I think he’ll be a great signing for them.” 

The Frenchman rejoins his former Club, and we send our best wishes to him and his family as he departs the Hawks.
