Bedsente Gomis joined Havant and Waterlooville in January 2020 on a two-year contract with the club.
The midfielder specialises as a box to box player, creating an impact at both ends of the field. His attacking intent means that goals from his position is not unlikely.
Gomis had previously played for Dover Athletic in the National League in the 2018-19 season and featured against his current side in a game that turned out to be a 4-3 defeat for the Hawks at Crabble.
Aside from his exploits in Kent, he had also played under Paul Doswell and Ian Baird at Sutton United where he made 99 appearances for the U’s and becoming a National League South winner in 2016 under the management duo.
National League pedigree also came by the way of Barrow in 2017-18 before relocating back down south.
Originally from France, Gomis will be moving his family from his native country to Hampshire during his time at the club as he looks to settle his family around playing for the club.
