Josh Taylor joined The Hawks in the summer window of 2019 from Sutton United after spending his previous season on loan at Maidstone United.

Taylor started his youth career in the Crystal Palace academy, and in early 2018 he went on loan to Hampton & Richmond.

The attacking midfielder joined the U’s after an impressive performance against Havant & Waterlooville last year in pre-season.

Taylor has represented the Three Lions and he made his debut for England C in October against Estonia u23’s, England came out as victors in a 1-0 win at Breyer Group Stadium home to National League champions Leyton Orient.

Taylor signed for Sutton United in 2013 after a four-year scholarship in the USA, where he represented OCK Energy u23’s.

Taylor has made 64 appearances in the National League’s and chose to follow Sutton manager Paul Doswell to Westleigh Park this summer ahead of the 2019/20 season.
