Havant and Waterlooville are pleased to announce that Godfrey Poku has accepted the position of club captain.

Poku, who joined the club in the summer, has made an instant impact at Westleigh Park in his short time here and will accept the armband and the vital role it entails. 

Anthony Straker has assumed the position of vice captain for the upcoming season.

Commenting on becoming skipper, Poku said: “I’m happy and grateful, it’s a big opportunity for me and I’m going to take it with both hands.”
