It’s Dos v Dows as the Hawks take on third place Dartford in a midweek thriller under the lights.The Hawks enter the clash after a good result at the weekend, a 3-1 victory at Arbour Park. It is never an easy place to go, and the struggling Slough side put up a good fight. They took the lead through experienced talisman Benyon when he steered a cross into the top corner. Charlie Ruff got his first in Hawks colours to equalise the score before half time. Danny Wright gave the Hawks the lead a minute after half-time with a header. Slough piled on the pressure but it was Brad House to the rescue with a couple of vital stops. Billy Clifford wrapped up three points with a minute to go.Dartford on the other hand, had the opposite at the weekend. A goalless draw to Bath City at Princes Park. There were chances for both sides, and Dartford had the ball in the net through a Charlie Sheringham header but it was ruled out for a foul on the build-up. Bath moments later scored themselves but it was flagged by the linesman. Dartford with only one win in the last five will be looking for a result on the road.In terms of injury news, Joash Nembhard, Ross Worner and Tommy Wright are still all out. Joe Oastler was ill on Saturday so he should be available again. It is yet to be known whether Jason Prior or Tomas Kalinauskas will be back.The Hawks could make it the double over the Darts after our match at Princes Park earlier in the season. It was the third match of the season and Jason Prior took the lead inside seven minutes – a dream start. Rodari levelled things up 20 minutes later but the other side of the half-time whistle substitute Oscar Gobern scored his first goal for the club which turned out to be the winner.
