The Hawks host Hungerford Town in an important play off push tomorrow night. The visitors, who sit just one place above the hosts with two more points, will be looking to turn around their recent result which is one to be forgotten.

Havant will be looking to build on their recent run of excellent form, with three wins and a draw in their last four matches and a vital away win at Dulwich Hamlet who, as a result, slipped out of the table’s top seven. Manny Duku’s goal was the difference at Champion Hill to claim an all-important three points. A win against Hungerford would see the Hawks just a couple of points away from the playoffs which almost seemed unreachable last month.

As previously mentioned, The Crusaders, come to the Draper Tools Community Stadium off the back of a horrific 4-1 home loss to bottom of the table, Billericay Town. Three first-half goals for Billericay meant Hungerford were out for the count before the second half began, Halford extended Billericay’s lead before Seager scored a consolation goal but it wasn’t enough to start a comeback.

The last time the two sides met was back in October at Bulpit Lane. Jamie Collins had to pull one back after Ryan Seager’s opener inside just six minutes. The points were shared after a gritty and competitive match.

Paul Doswell will be hoping to take advantage of the Hawks’ momentum and to continue this run of fine form.

Havant & Waterlooville v Hungerford is the only match being played in the National League South on Wednesday, with a whole host of clubs playing tonight.
