Havant and Waterlooville Football Club are thrilled to announce the signing of Forward Ethan Beckford from Canadian Premier League side Cavalry FC.

Beckford, 24, came through Toronto FC’s Academy before playing for Penn State University at American College level. The Manchester born forward came to England after his time in The America’s and signed for Curzon Ashton. In a Covid disrupted few years, Ethan also played for Hyde United, Ashton Athletic and Irlam. He switched England for Canada once more in March 2022 as he joined Simcoe County Rovers FC where he linked up with his father Jason Beckford. He remained with Simcoe CR for just under a year where he scored 17 goals in 19 games before moving to most recent club Cavalry in January 2023.
