Havant & Waterlooville will welcome Slough Town to Westleigh Park in the National League South on Wednesday as they look to make the most of their games in hand.

This fixture has been postponed twice already this campaign so The Hawks will be looking to get a win over a long awaiting opponent.

The Hawks will be hoping they can build of their impressive result last time out against Hemel Hempstead where they won 2-1 away from home.

Goals from Sam Magri and Danny Kedwell was enough to see the visitors through, despite a comeback threat from The Tudors.

Slough Town have experienced a very strong first half to the season but seem to have hit a roadblock as of late after picking up two points from their last three league matches.

The Rebels will no doubt be eager to get back to winning ways after a disappointing run and three points for the travelling side would take them above The Hawks who sit in third.

In the last outing for The Rebels they were held to a 2-2 draw after a thrilling encounter away to Billericay Town.

Slough were leading the game going into added time but suffered a bitter blow after conceding an equaliser two minutes in to added time.

Going into tomorrows game the two sides are only separated by two points, but a win for The Hawks would lift them above Bath City into second spot.

The hosts have only lost one of their last five league games so will be looking to continue their strong run of form tomorrow night.
