Due to engineering works this weekend on the South Western Railway network, Hawks fans travelling by train should take extra precaution before travelling to Chippenham Town tomorrow.

Fans based in Fareham and Portsmouth should be made aware of buses replacing trains until Havant.

Those heading to the game on train we recommend you take the SWR train leaving the station at ten to the hour (for example in this case 8:50) towards London Waterloo and stop at Guildford, which should arrive at 25 to the next hour (9:35) before waiting on platform 8 for the Great Western Railway service to Reading and getting off at the aforementioned station.

From Reading where you should arrive at 22 minutes past the hour (10:22) you should head to Platform 9 for the GWR service to Bristol Temple Meads, departing at 6 minutes to the hour (10:54) and getting off at Chippenham at 33 past the hour (11:33).

The ground from there is a 15 minute walk.

For those travelling be car it is just under two hours long along the A34 and M4.

To avoid the travelling headache then the Hawks Supporters coach is still taking bookings – just arrive at 10am on 25/01 at The Westleigh for a 10:30 leave.
