The Hawks host Weymouth on Good Friday with the hope of bouncing back to winning ways.

Jamie Collins will be looking for his first win as manager, and to avoid 11 matches without a win. The Hawks were due to play Concord on Saturday but just two hours before kickoff, the referee deemed the pitch as unplayable so you will have to cast your mind back to last Tuesday. The Hawks fell to defeat to a clinical St Albans who secured all three points with two first half goals. The first came from Tafari Moore who stooped to meet Stanley’s cross. The Saints doubled their lead thanks to a brilliant bit of hold up play from Weiss, who then put it on a plate for Cooper to smash home.

The Terras who are fighting for their lives to avoid the drop sit 23rd. They had their chance to play on Saturday but it was another miserable afternoon for Bobby Wilkinson’s men. Eastbourne’s first half strike from Bartley was enough to separate the sides and the Sports took all three points back home to Sussex.

Last Time Out

The Hawks have faced Weymouth twice this season, the first was a trip to the Bob Lucas Stadium when the side were rock bottom. Weymouth held out until the 78th minute before Roberts unlocked the door to open the scoring, minutes before Danny Wright’s header which secured all three points.

The second came in the FA Cup 4th round qualifying, when a quick start saw the score at 1-1 after 8 minutes. It was a tight affair but Akheem Rose fired the visitors through to the First Round Proper in the 90th minute when a failed clearance set up the forward.
